ABOUT SHOMERA
Shomera, spelled phonetically to include "home" in the name, was founded in 1998. Since that time we have been providing additional living space for more than 1300 customers as studios, house extensions, commercial and community buildings. Specialising in factory built architecture we design, manufacture and install quality buildings using off-site construction methods.
Since 1998, Shomera have been setting the gold standard for additional living space extensions and studios. We have viewed thousands of properties and we have manufactured, delivered and constructed buildings all over Ireland and the UK. Our friendly and professional staff are fully qualified and have decades of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. We are constantly researching ways to improve our products and the ways we construct them to maximise quality and efficiency.
We construct our pre-fabricated material in a 14,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath. This is where all our home extensions and commercial buildings are designed and manufactured. We have delivered our exquisite dwellings and installed them all over Ireland and the UK.
Our project-management skills have been honed to a very high level over the past thirteen years. We will bring all our expertise to bear on your project to ensure cost effectiveness and quality in a timely fashion.
Our experienced staff will take care of the creation of your Shomera right the way through, from idea to finish. You will fully updated and kept fully aware of our progress at all times and are in full control via a schedule of works that details the key milestones in your project. We offer a free site survey for a project if you wish to discuss your options with one of our engineers. We will meet you to go through your plans and are here to help in the crucial planning stage of your project.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICE
Shomera work with a number of architectural practices on many varied projects. Our most trusted panel of architects can be used for design consultation with our in-house team for extension projects on behalf of clients. This helps to control the costs of obtaining an expert architectural design input at a much more affordable price. Again, this is simply not something you will get from other construction companies.
Shomera will recommend the architect based on the intimate requirements and style of the project. Then, we will work with the architect to agree an optimum design solution in the most efficient manner possible.
