1970's Semi-Detatched House Renovation

Our latest project was very interesting because it allowed us to completely modernise a typical 1970's Dublin Semi-Detatched house - upgrading the interior and providing a spacious extension to the rear of the property.
The Planning Permission had already been obtained but our clients wanted the freedom to tweak their design, while staying within the overall terms of the permission.

The redesign of the house interior was even more spectacular. We re-shaped and opened up the kitchen area into an open-plan, bright and airy living space:

Our most trusted panel of architects can be used for design consultation with our in-house team for extension projects on behalf of clients. Shomera will recommend the architect based on the intimate requirements and style of the project. Then, we will work with the architect to agree an optimum design solution in the most efficient manner possible.
